Brad Shambel has been a cornerstone of GNB Global for 9 years, leading the building division with unmatched expertise and dedication. With over two decades of experience in steel and fabric tension building manufacturing (since 2002!), Brad brings a wealth of knowledge to every project, ensuring GNB’s reputation for quality and reliability remains second to none.
Beyond his impressive career, Brad’s fun-loving personality makes him a favorite among clients and colleagues alike. Whether he’s sharing a laugh during a meeting or impressing everyone with his precision hockey shot, Brad knows how to balance hard work with a good time.

With nearly three decades of industry experience and four years at GNB Global, Trevor Pond brings a seasoned perspective to his role as Director of Sales specializing in RWES (Reusable Weather Enclosure System). Trevor's extensive background spans every facet of the supply chain – from sales to production, cost control, and collections – driving meaningful change in organizations ranging from $3M to $300M in annual revenue.
Trevor believes in the power of people to create a future for themselves, their teams, and their companies. He thrives in fostering reciprocal relationships built on mutual respect, understanding that true progress happens when everyone is aligned and working toward a common goal. For Trevor, culture is key – a collective effort built by everyone, earned day by day, like a strong credit rating.
Known for his innovative approach, Trevor is always on the lookout for new market opportunities that align with GNB Global’s mission, enabling the company to continually improve and elevate its offerings.

Ben Pelletier
Business Development
Ben Pelletier is the newest member of the GNB Global sales team, bringing a competitive edge and a relentless drive to get the job done. Hailing from Jackson, Michigan, Ben earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Adrian College, where he majored in Sports Management and Environmental Studies. His background in athletics—playing football and participating in the Society of Sports Management—instilled a strong work ethic, a team-first mentality, and the ability to think on his feet.
Ben knows that success in sales, like in sports, is all about strategy, adaptability, and execution. He’s ready to help clients navigate their projects with confidence, whether it’s a massive data center build, a high-stakes mining operation, or a military-grade structure that demands precision and speed.

Kasey Timms
Business Development
Kasey Timms has been an integral part of GNB Global for a year and a half, earning a reputation for his ability to truly listen to clients and deliver solutions that meet their needs. His approachable and honest nature ensures clients feel comfortable sharing their goals, while his attention to detail guarantees those goals are executed seamlessly.
Kasey’s focus is always on building strong relationships and providing dependable service. He takes pride in being someone clients can count on, ensuring their projects are handled with care and precision.
Outside of work, Kasey is an avid golfer known for his focus and strategy, qualities he brings to every aspect of his role. When he’s not working or on the green, Kasey enjoys spending time with Jack, his loyal dog and constant companion.
